Essential Functions:
- Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
- Clean and stock restrooms as needed
- Follow and complete a job schedule within the time frame allowed
- Empty trash receptacles inside and outside
- Walking location to look for maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Cleaners must obtain and maintain your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Cleaners must have Workers’ Compensation and keep it current each year
- Cleaners must have access to a current smartphone to be eligible for contracts
