Position : Quality Manager
Location : Cerritos, CA
CA Status : Exempt
Job Summary
The Quality Manager is a professional with in-depth knowledge and subject matter experience in Quality Management Systems and general business operations. This position requires a detail-oriented person that will ensure GST is ISO 9001 : 2015 compliant and moves projects to completion. This position will interact with all levels of employees, management, and customers to complete program compliance and projects.
Position Objectives
- Oversee, maintain, and update GST Quality Management System
- Recertify and maintain GST's ISO 9001 : 2015 certification
- Perform internal audits.
- Prepare GST for external audits.
- Create procedures and forms to ensure compliance.
- Conduct quality and ISO trainings for internal staff members.
- Ensure organizational systems and training are in place and completed.
- Address non-conformities from audits and complete corrective action.
- Provide leadership to Department Managers regarding ISO9001 knowledge and training
- Participate in contract review process for client projects and purchase orders
- Perform other tasks related to quality management system and business operations.
