RENTAL TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR
Employment Type Full-Time
Pay Rate: 70k-80k annually

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to oversee our rental operations. As a Rental Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of the rental team, ensuring efficient equipment management, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily rental operations and assign tasks to rental technicians

Collaborate closely with the Rental General Manager on daily and weekly goals

Manage the FileMaker Rental Order Module and Tech Onsite Calendar

Enforce adherence to department processes and procedures

Coordinate equipment deliveries

Maintain accurate inventory of all rental assets

Verify equipment condition upon return and address any issues in a timely manner.

Conduct regular inventory counts and audits

Generation of reports for the Rental General Manager

Monitor the department's email communication

Develop and implement policies and procedures in collaboration with your supervisor

Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to the rental technician

Identify and address any workflow inefficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Proven leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
