RENTAL TECHNICIAN
Employment Type Full-Time
Schedule: Monday Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Pay Range: $24 to $27 per hour
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Rental Technician to work in our Rental Division. This individual is a fast learner, enjoys a team dynamic, and demonstrates a spirit of cooperation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

Fulfill onsite services and repairs for rental department.

Fulfill Daily, Weekly and Monthly rental Change Order requests.

Assist in maintaining inventory control of rental equipment and assets.

Complete daily tasks/orders including documentation in FileMaker, etc.

Perform day-to-day tasks as necessary; programming, installation support onsite or in-house related issues.

Ship out rental orders to customers on a daily basis

Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels and reduce disruptions caused by equipment shortages.

Deliver and pick up orders
QUALIFICATIONS

Effective and proactive communicator who provides responsive and professional service!

Job site safety compliance oriented, with a willingness to follow industry best practices.

Problem-solves, troubleshoots with a can-do attitude.

Answer customer calls and correspondence quickly and pleasantly.

Administrative duties include Work Order documentation and email communication; must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

MUST HAVE a clean driving record and a valid drivers license.

Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a positive and professional manner.

Deadline and detail-oriented.
