We are looking for a full time Sales Support
- This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Ongoing administrative support to the outside sales staff
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders prior to delivery
- Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure order information is accurate and timely
- Maintain price lists
- Data entry
- Phone customers when “special orders” become available
- Phone customers to ensure notification of material delivery and job start times
- Other projects and tasks as assigned
Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic office procedures
- Able to work under direct supervision with prescribed procedures
- Maintain focus with routine and repetitive tasks
- Building Materials experience a plus.
