We're looking for someone organized, energetic, hard-working, and committed to providing superior customer service to clients and to assist in building campaigns our team. This role is responsible for assisting the Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, monitoring, and leading the Client Services department, and taking the lead in employee training, motivation, and development. This individual will be a key client contact, providing unparalleled customer service at all times. This position does start at the entry level. The expectation is that, over time and under the guidance of the Manager, this position will be groomed and eligible to be considered for an upper management position. We do not believe in tenure seniority, upper management positions are earned. Duties and Responsibilities of the Junior Client Account Manager include, but are not limited to : Fully understanding client and customer needs before executing in-person sales strategy and providing a professional channel for customer communication. Create in-person conversations with existing clients and new customers to discuss product and service needs. Maintain a working knowledge of client service and product offerings, special promotions, and track campaign results, adjusting and making recommendations as necessary. Deliver a professional customer service experience to clients and customers alike, including product and service knowledge, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and add-on sales as needed. Implementation of client marketing plans, campaign strategies, and tactics to connect with the proper demographics, and tracking demographic trends of the local area. Work closely with other teams to meet or exceed client campaign goals. Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand employee developmental needs.
