Description
We are looking for Full Time Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Revenue Cycle Team.
Job Duties Include:
- Print and mail out all HCFA forms for the practice attaching any corresponding visit notes, operative reports, etc.
- File operative reports, surgery orders & workers’ compensation notes
- Pick up the mail from the post office box
- Answer the phone for the department and direct the call to the appropriate person
- 60 Day claim follow up report
- Distribute USPS and Interoffice mail
- Keep receiving room in order and put away supplies
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using a computer, e-mail, and Internet applications
- Knowledge of practice management and word processing software
- Basic understanding of how medical insurance works
- Knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare and Workers’ Compensation
- Basic Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 Coding for Orthopedic Surgery (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills
Experience:
- One year experience in a medical office
Pay Range:
- $21.00 to $23.00 per Hour
*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
