Description
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our team. New and experienced Therapists are welcomed! As part of our Hand Therapy team, we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior OTs on everything from splinting to treatment of more complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.
Job Duties Include:
- Performing Occupational Therapy Evaluations
- Performing Occupational Therapy Treatments
- Directing patient care
- Performing objective measures
- Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
- Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed
- Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues

Qualifications
License and Certification:
- Graduate from an accredited OT program
- Licensed in the state of California
- CHT, CHT eligible preferred, or OT pursuing a career in hand therapy
Pay Range:
- $85,000 to $90,000 per Year for Occupational Therapist
- $98,000 to $105,000 per year for Certified Hand Therapist
*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills, experience, and/or certification
