We are looking for a Full Time Patient Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to break into the Healthcare industry and learn about insurances!
Job Duties Include:
- Greeting patients as the first point of contact with GSOS
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to patients regarding inquiries or appointments
- Enter, review, and update patient demographics and insurance information as provided
- Taking and distributing grammatically correct, accurate, and legible messages
- Counseling patients regarding appropriate and necessary information to bring to appointment (e.g. referral or x-ray) or directions to clinic
- Additional duties as assigned
