Muir Orthopaedic Specialists, OrthoNorCal and Webster Orthopedics have joined forces to become Golden State Orthopedics & Spine (GSOS). Now, GSOS represents one of the largest orthopedic surgical practices in the Western United States. With more great doctors and clinics in 13 cities across the bay area, we offer the same innovative and compassionate care as always. Currently, GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! For our new graduate PT’s our mentorship program offers guidance and opportunity to learn while in the setting of our orthopedic facilities.
GSOS PT Mentorship Program Outline:
- Weekly 2- hour meeting with Senior PT to review caseload and practice hands on techniques
- Co-Treats with Senior PT to work 1:1 during meeting times
- Journal article reviews to discuss case studies with mentor
- Opportunities given to PT to observe surgery, and schedule field time with one of our Doctor's doing team coverage at Saint Mary's College and/or De LaSalle High School
Job Duties Include:
- Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations
- Performing Physical Therapy Treatments
- Directing patient care
- Supervising with active participation of PTAs and non-licensed providers
- Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
- Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues.

Qualifications
License and Certification:
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Licensed in the state of California
- Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus
Pay Range:
- $85,000 to $105,000 per Year starting, with higher compensation available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
