In our Santa Clara clinic, we are looking for a Sports Performance Physical Therapist. In this role the Physical Therapist will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the Return to Sport Program and ensuring that it operates at the highest level of excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Determine, define, and educate on measurables for entrance criteria into the Return to Sports Program.
- Maintain, update, and educate staff on current testing and Return to Sport principles within the Sports Medicine discipline. Make recommendations for appropriate scheduling and staffing of the Return to Sport program.
- Develop and educate PT providers on "best practices" regarding Return to Sport program disciplines.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and outside facilities.
- Ensure effective communication between team members and parents, referral sources, and facility managers.
- Responsible for the expansion of Return to Sport program entrance criteria and productivity standards at all company facilities.
- Along with the standard responsibility of planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for patients, oversee other personnel working within the Return to Sports Program.
- Develop other PTs and Strength Coaches in the Return to Sports Space
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Strong background in sports medicine and return to sport programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a focus on program efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- A commitment to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.

Qualifications
License and Certification:
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Licensed in the state of California
- Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus
Pay Range:
- Sign on Bonus
- $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, with higher compensation available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
