Description
We are looking for a Full Time Vice President of Information Technology (IT) to join our team.
Job Duties Include:
- Hire and train IT staff
- Schedule, organize, and assign projects to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Manage and maintain the GSOS technology infrastructure and software applications
- Lead the development and implementation of IT systems and departmental processes
- Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure
- Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
- Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
- Facilitates IT audits and investigations as needed
- Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
- Support organizational goals through innovative technology solutions
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing an IT department (Required)
- Experience in the medical field or healthcare IT (Preferred)
- Proven success in overseeing vendor selection, performance monitoring, and ensuring vendor alignment with organizational goals
Pay Range:
$140,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually
*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
