- Events usually start around 6:30pm and can end at 9:30pm or as late as 11:30pm.
- Shows are usually Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, but they can be any day of the week.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees.
- Helping guests find seats
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about event schedules and facilities.
- Monitor event activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Handle any conflicts or issues that arise during events with professionalism.
