About the Position
Chase Center is looking for a diligent, detailed, and organized LED Matrix Operator responsible for triggering content on our LED displays at Chase Center for all events, including Warriors home games, concerts, and corporate events. In this role, you’ll be responsible for including in-game elements, crowd prompts, game statistics, and corporate signage, and have an opportunity to collaborate with a creative and passionate team. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Scoreboard Operations.

This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA. This is a unionized position with IATSE Local 16 as a Chase Center employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the show director and producer to trigger LED game elements using Ross Dashboard
- Be aware of all in-game events that could prompt an LED feature such as player changes, dunks, blocks, and steals
- Assist with the intake of scoreboard show elements, including partnership inventory, and assets
- Load starting players, current rosters, and perform spot checks of all LED assets and sponsorship elements before each game to ensure everything is ready for the event
- Follow a script of organized in-game features, triggering these elements
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills
- Three years of experience as a LED Matrix Operator, CG Operator or Technical Director in TV broadcast or board show video production in sports and live entertainment is highly preferred
- Experience with live graphics software interfaces, preferably Ross Xpression, Ross Dashboard or Daktronics
- Extensive knowledge of the game of basketball, including scoring equipment, rules, and statistics
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work an on-call 24/7 schedule (overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays) as needed
Compensation
- $61.59 per hour
