About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for an upbeat and proactive Specialist to deliver excellent customer service to our corporate partners, while collaborating with teams across the organization and build relationships with existing corporate partners to drive partnership development initiatives. In this role, you will be directly responsible for fulfilling sponsorship agreements, executing promotions and events, and supporting the group with administrative functions. This position provides the opportunity to support the organization’s jersey badge partnership, as well as manage 1-2 additional accounts. This position reports to the Director, Partnership Development.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for select corporate partners and their activation elements
- Fulfill sponsorship agreements with corporate partners by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of execution, customer service and fulfillment of all deliverables within budget parameters
- Effectively build and sustain strong partner and internal client relationships
- Participate in data input and report processing for Warriors and Non-Warriors activations
- Plan, assist, and execute game day activations (i.e., partnership client events, promotions, VIP experiences, ticket requests, premium gifting, escorting of client groups, etc.)
- Assist in tracking partner activations (i.e., web, social and radio commercial trafficking, activation fund and ticket bank uses, etc.)
- Assist with the development of partner recaps (mid-season and/or end of year)
- Assist in managing corporate partnership accounts and details via CRM system
- Implement new creative strategies and methodologies based on research, data, success rates, and market trends to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Attend Warriors home games and special events
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience; sports sponsorship preferred; sports sponsorship preferred from a property, agency or brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media and digital space
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
Compensation
- $31.50 per hour Bonus Commission
