Position : ERP Director – SAP
We are looking for a seasoned ERP Director with deep expertise in SAP to spearhead the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP ERP systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive SAP knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated history of successfully executing ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy centered around SAP solutions to support business objectives.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ERP success and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
System Optimization
Assess and refine SAP modules (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP) to enhance performance and user experience.
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing ERP team, including SAP specialists, developers, and analysts.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP system implementation and operation.
Maintain data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with company policies.
Operations Management
Implement rigorous testing and quality control measures to preserve SAP system integrity.
Ensure round-the-clock operational availability of SAP systems.
Required Experience
At least 10 years of ERP management experience, with a minimum of 7 years specializing in SAP.
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations, including ECC6 and SAP S / 4HANA migrations.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
Strong expertise in SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD, PP, and WMS.
Proficiency in SAP integration with third-party systems.
Familiarity with SAP analytics tools and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and machine learning.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Application Professional (preferred).
PMP or ITIL certification is an advantage.
MBA is a plus.
