What You'll Do:

- Own and manage the product lifecycle — from vision to delivery.

- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to deliver high-impact products.

- Drive product strategy with insights gathered from customers, data, and market trends.

- Refine and prioritize product backlogs, define MVPs, and lead requirement workshops.

- Play a key role in modernizing our supply chain — working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve the way we do business.

- Guide engineering teams by translating real business needs into actionable product requirements.

What We're Looking For:

- 3–5 years of experience with **EDI** in a retail or supply chain environment.

- Hands-on experience working with **retail supply chains** and an understanding of **supply chain processes**.

- Familiarity with **FSMA** (expertise not required, but understanding is a plus).

- A self-starter who can independently gather insights and make informed decisions.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other PMs, departments, and external suppliers.
