Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled EPC Estimator to join our team in Houston, Texas. Our company specializes in constructing data centers, electrical substations, and short distribution lines.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the preparation of estimates for construction projects (mainly electrical HV / MV / LV).
  • Utilize RS Means or similar software for construction estimation.
  • Leading the procurement process for construction projects, in both technical and commercial discussions, with support

from other departments until contract signature

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand the scope of work.
  • Continuous learning about market trends and pricing.
  • Engage with suppliers and contractors.
  • Develop Master Vendor List with qualified suppliers for new areas.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HV / MV / LV bid preparation and construction.
  • Proficient in the use of RS Means or similar construction estimation software.
  • Good knowledge of US suppliers and contractors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
