Our client is seeking an experienced IT Risk Manager to join their dynamic team. In this critical role, you’ll lead and oversee IT Risk activities while aligning with corporate and IT policies, standards, and guidelines. Your mission will be to assess and manage IT risks in a way that enables the business, applying a strong and reasonable level of protection.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the analysis, assessment, and management of IT risks in line with corporate IT policies and within approved budgets.
- Design, execute, and evolve a best-in-class risk management program to help the business thrive securely.
- Manage and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development planning.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- 5 years of experience in risk, audit, compliance, cybersecurity, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in managing teams, including supervising daily activities, coaching/mentoring, and overseeing performance management
- H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
