Role: Plant Human Resources Manager
Location: Canton, Michigan

Role Overview
The Plant Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and delivering integrated HR services within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Employee Onboarding & Orientation: Acclimating new hires to plant policies, safety regulations, and benefits.
- Policy Development: Creating and updating policies for both hourly and salaried staff.
- Record Maintenance: Ensuring accurate and compliant employee records, including affirmative action reports.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances and fostering positive employee relations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Managing daily benefits programs and resolving related inquiries.
- Performance Management: Overseeing performance reviews and supporting employee development.

- Must be task oriented, possess exceptional people skills and be reliable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability.

- Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience (customers, suppliers, employees).
