We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst - Level 3 (OTC) to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies and optimize the order-to-cash (OTC) process within SAP. You will play a key role in requirement gathering, process improvements, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation while ensuring alignment with Its long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead requirement gathering and process design for SAP OTC solutions
✅ Configure and customize SAP SD modules to enhance business processes
✅ Advise on system options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impacts
✅ Lead end-to-end integration testing and set testing strategies
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SD issues and incidents
✅ Support the delivery of projects, minor/major releases, and enhancements
✅ Stay updated on SAP best practices, new trends, and future enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 10 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash (OTC), including configuration & customization
✔️ 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
✔️ 8 years of experience with Pricing scenarios, third-party, intercompany, and other OTC processes
✔️ Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
✔️ High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with advanced pricing concepts (e.g., data determination, complex calculation, pricing structure enhancement)
⭐ Experience in SAP SolMan - ChaRM
⭐ Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components
⭐ Knowledge of CRM integration & SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS)
⭐ SAP debugging skills and SAP certifications
⭐ ITIL experience
