Caregiver/Personal Care Provider Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving is preferred
- Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality under HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
