The Fashion Print Designer will focus on the juniors and missy apparel markets, creating versatile, on-trend looks for multiple clients each season. Key responsibilities include developing original artwork, managing print repeats, and maintaining a feminine aesthetic, particularly with statement florals. A strong ability to match colors precisely and follow managerial direction is essential, along with proactive engagement in seeking new projects.

Responsibilities
- Understand the commercial print market for juniors and / or missy apparel
- Create original art and putting prints into repeat, and cleaning prints
- Create on-trend looks for juniors and / or missy apparel across several accounts, in same season
- Versatile design hand with range of style
- Feminine hand - with ability to create statement florals
- Ability to match color precisely
- Proactively seek out opportunities and projects
Requirements
New York Pay Rate $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
