Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the agency.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to client care and agency operations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes as needed.
- Coordinate scheduling for staff and client appointments effectively.
- Support communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers.
