What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Golden Triangle Bike?
Golden Triangle Bike is an outfitter that has been helping our customers Explore Pittsburgh and the Great Allegheny Passage by Bike for the last 16 years. We rent bikes, facilitate bike tours, are a full-service bike shop and plan all logistics for self-guided multi-day bike tours on the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail. We are looking for a Team Member that is excited about contributing to the customer experience at our shop and on the trail. Customer service experience, mechanical skills, as well as knowledge of the trail system, bicycle infrastructure and the city of Pittsburgh are a plus! The position can range from part to full time with an opportunity to progress to a full-time/salaried position in the future.
