What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Assistant position at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare?
Provision of physical therapy services in a team environment, primarily in the outpatient setting, across a wide variety of diagnoses. Focus on 1:1 patient care, providing an excellent patient experience and work environment. Ability to work closely with the evaluating therapist and provide consistent, high-quality and individualized care is a must. Assists physical therapist in the delivery of care consistent with the established PT plan of care. Primary location will be Warsaw outpatient clinic, but willingness to work in all GVMH Therapy Clinics is desired (Clinton, Osceola, Windsor and Warsaw) to meet team and patient needs.
Applicants must have a current Physical Therapist Assistant license through the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts or be graduating from an accredited physical therapy assistant program by June 1, 2025.
