What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare?
Provision of physical therapy services in a team environment, including outpatient, outpatient in-home, and inpatient settings. Job duties include assessment of patients, development of physical therapy plan of care and function-based goals, delegation of treatment to Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate, and communication with both providers and insurance companies. Willingness to assist in other outpatient locations as needed is desired. Primary location will be based in Clinton.
Applicants must have a current physical therapist license through the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts or be graduating from an accredited physical therapy program by June 1, 2025.
