We work with many influential telecommunication clients like AT&T to service local customers with wireless devices. We are looking to extend our team by hiring a Wireless Client Service Representative who is ready to learn, grow, and take the first step toward becoming a key part of our client service team. This Wireless Client Service Representative position will focus on executing client service strategies, working with customers to process their sales order for wireless devices and upgrades, and manage accounts to extend our clients customer base.
The Wireless Client Service Representative will gain exposure to key aspects of account management, including relationship building, strategy development, and client communication. The Wireless Client Service Representative will also expand their knowledge in customer service, train with key members of our team to with on going position development, and learn how to process confidential consumer information on orders. Wireless Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Learn how to manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Train with senior team members as a Wireless Client Service Representative to be able to process wireless service orders for customers and be extremely knowledgeable in the wireless and cell phone industry
- Understand how to troubleshoot and transfer services from current wireless providers if necessary
- Assist in answering customers questions efficiently and addressing their concerns
- Work with different teams, like sales and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for customers
- Gain hands-on management experience in problem-solving
- Guide new customers through their order process to ensure a smooth transition
Wireless Client Service Representative Skills/Qualifications:
- A strong interest in working with customers and building business relationships
- Interested in telecommunications and wireless technology
- Great communication and organizational skills for when working with customers directly daily
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills within the role
- Previous experience or looking to gain experience in a customer service, client service, and/or sales position
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks as they arise

Pay: $800.00 - $1,150.00 per week
