What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Sales Representative position at Golden Vines?

Golden Vines has one of the East Coast's best wine portfolios for French and Italian wines” – Boutique Wine Shop Owner, Princeton, NJ.

We are looking for an experienced full-time fine wine sales representative who can quickly build accounts in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The field of work will be focused mainly on Manhattan, therefore the candidate must :

Have at least 5 years of sales experience in fine wine wholesale in Brooklyn and / or Manhattan
Currently live in the NY metro area.
Currently, or recently, have a substantial network of accounts and relationships in Brooklyn and / or Manhattan

What do you need?

Extensive fine wine knowledge and ability to use it to sell products

Customer development and service experience

NY travel expertise on foot and with a bag of wine

Prospecting skills

Ability to achieve company sales objectives

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel or Google equivalents

Inventory management experience

Problem solving skills

Time management and organizational skills
