What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Golden West Packaging Group?
This role maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Compiles financial data to aid more senior accountants in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Work is closely managed. Work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.

- Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment a plus

While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
