About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support over the phone. Your role will involve:
✅ Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries
✅ Resolving customer issues with professionalism and empathy
✅ Providing accurate information about our pet boarding services
✅ Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed

- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and a desire to help others
- Previous customer service experience is required
