Golden Works is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is a part-time, hybrid position requiring some in-office work in Pueblo West, CO and Colorado Springs, CO with the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and drive business growth for our diverse clients.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including:
- Graphic design: Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, packaging).
- Website management: Maintain and update client websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.
- Social media management: Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Merchandise development: Design and source branded merchandise for clients.
- Marketing material production: Manage the production and distribution of all marketing materials.
- Event support: Assist with planning and executing marketing events and promotions.
- Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of products, events, and locations for use in marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Exceptional graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong website management skills, including familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.
- Expertise in social media marketing, with experience in developing and executing successful campaigns across various platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in photography with the ability to capture high-quality images.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for marketing.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be available to attend occasional events and meetings.
Bonus Points:
