Golden Years Adult Day Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and motivated Hiring Recruiter to join our team in Edmonton, Kentucky. This role is essential in helping us find and attract qualified candidates who are passionate about providing high-quality care to our clients. As a Hiring Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the healthcare sector.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to those needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and promote the Golden Years brand.
- Attend job fairs and community events to represent Golden Years and attract potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Requirements:**
- Must be local to Edmonton, Kentucky, and able to commute to the office daily.
- Willingness to work on-site, as there is no remote work opportunity.
