Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors in the Woodland, CA area. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care assistance to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with client appointments.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
- Engage in activities to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
