Duties:
- Implement and administer HR programs and policies in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with succession planning, talent acquisition, and performance management processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
