Golden Years is seeking a career-minded, self-motivated, energetic outbound / telesales professional who is driven, acts independently, and excels at creating new contacts for our Home Care agency. Your primary job focus will be to call families seeking home care services, discuss care needs, build trust and rapport, and schedule a home care assessment. This position offers advancement opportunities for supervisor / manager roles.

Hourly pay plus commission bonuses could result in a significant income opportunity. Requirements include submitting weekly reports, tracking lead referral sources, closing leads, and managing your own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary (industry experience is a plus but not required).
