Duties
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Review schematics and contracts to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Supervise subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and project scheduling techniques is essential.
- Proficiency in using construction management software, including HeavyBid and ProCore.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Previous experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
