  • 7 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience working alongside product ownership and software engineers to build, test, and automate testing of large-scale applications in hosted production environments
  • 5 years of experience leading Agile teams with various levels of skills and experience and initiatives
  • Experience managing or developing applications hosted in a Cloud Environment.
  • Experience with a modern Agile Backlog and Work Tracking system-Microsoft ADO expertise preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects / teams simultaneously and to effectively adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in eliciting and documenting requirements and leading all phases of the SDLC
  • A mastery of agile practices including product management, product ownership fundamentals, and SCRUM
