Required skills :
- 10 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in data science or engineering contexts, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing product development teams through scrum and kanban processes, including specific experience with how these methodologies support collaborative work.
- Strong background in engineering and data science, with the ability to understand and oversee technical execution, including the nuances of paired programming and its impact on code quality and maintainability.
- Proven experience removing impediments and fostering collaborative work
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating dependencies across squads and stakeholders.
