Roof Repair Technician – Residential Division

Location: Owasso, OK | Pay: $15–$25/hr (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential roof repairs with precision and attention to detail

• Troubleshoot leaks, inspect problem areas, and implement permanent solutions

• Repair or replace shingles, flashing, ventilation components, underlayment, and other roofing elements

• Document work performed and communicate effectively with homeowners and supervisors

• Follow safety protocols and work as part of a reliable, professional team

Skill Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable with heights and working on steep or complex roof systems

• Basic understanding of roofing systems and repair methods (we’ll train you further)

• Ability to use basic hand tools, ladders, and safety equipment

• Clear and professional communication with teammates and customers

• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time

Experience Requirements:

• Entry-Level: No roofing experience required, but construction or handyman background is a plus

• Experienced: 2–5 years of residential roofing or repair experience preferred

Safety Requirements:

• Must follow OSHA safety protocols at all times

• Use of harnesses, fall protection, and proper ladder techniques is mandatory

• Ability to identify and mitigate job site hazards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
