WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Collectors work directly with the Collections Department to assist in managing delinquent accounts by working with members and other credit union employees to recover overdue debts for the Credit Union.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
• Ogden, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM
• Rotating Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Base wage Bonus Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Process Delinquent payments.
• Analyze financial situations of borrowers.
• Assists employees with member accounts.
• Work with members on their delinquent payments or negative shares.
• Make both incoming and outgoing by phone calls on a daily basis.
• Provide consistent member follow-up.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
