WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Titles Clerk works closely with DMV’s, Dealers, Members, and Credit Union staff to assist in perfecting liens on all loans with collateral. They handle payoff requests, lien releases, and reviewing and reporting title issues. Additionally, the role includes assisting with member phone calls related to titles and perform other duties as assigned.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
- South Ogden, UT
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $15.00 per hour, based on performance and experience Bonus Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Work with loan officers with quality checks of consumer and in-house mortgage loans.
- Research information and resolve problems, errors or discrepancies in records.
- Issue and clear exceptions according to credit union procedures.
- Accurately record all actions pertaining to credit union loan files.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required.
- Prior credit union experience is preferred.
