We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager and / or Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases, guiding clients through the legal process, and ensuring the efficient handling of all case-related matters. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a moderate-volume caseload.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions throughout the case process.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through medical records.
- Request, review, and track medical records, bills, and related documentation to support the case.
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties to obtain necessary information and documents.
- Draft and send correspondence, including status updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed and organized case files in the firm’s case management system.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure timely progress.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all case-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support in scheduling appointments, meeting with clients and managing calendars.
