As an UiPath RPA Developer, you’ll play a critical role in driving our technology roadmap and shaping the future of our services. Your primary responsibility is developing Robotic Process Automations (RPA) to solve complex business processes.
The UiPath RPA Developer contributes to the development and solutioning of bots. This role requires an individual with RPA experience who can navigate complex systems, drive efficient processes, and help lead our technology-focused initiatives.
Remote - must live in central or eastern time zone
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Areas of contribution may include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using the UiPath platform
- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality RPA workflows
- Create robots that interact with applications, systems, and data, following best practices for automation
- Automate business processes by creating bots to handles tasks such as data entry, document processing, email automation, etc.
- Use Git for secure version control and adhere to best practices in a Secure Software Development Life Cycle
Requirements:
- 3 years in RPA development using UiPath
- 3 years of experience working with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related UiPath tools
- 3 years of hands-on experience in automating business processes using RPA, including data ingestion/extraction, web scraping, and handling structured and unstructured data
- Familiarity with UI Automation, API Integration, OCR and AI-based automations primarily in remote desktop environments (Azure AVD, Citrix and AWS Workspaces)
- Experience with databases, SQL queries, and integration with different business systems
- Knowledge of Automation Best Practices, error handling, logging, and performance tuning for RPA workflows
- UiPath Certified RPA Developer and/or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification is a plus
- Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or JavaScript for scripting and automation logic in UiPath is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and a hunger to learn
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be flexible and able to pivot as needs and importance of projects change
- Positive, team-first attitude is vital for this role
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Work authorization in the United States and based in the US
- The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.
