Job Type : Hourly | 8 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm Tuesday thru Thursday with possibility to grown to full-time.
Reports To : Executive Assistant
Job Summary : Assists in general office and administrative support and serves as the first point of contact for our company. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving franchise phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, supply ordering, maintaining a clean and functional office space and providing general administrative support to the franchise team and home office.

Incoming / Outgoing Mail
Office Supplies
Admin Support to the Franchise Team
- Screens incoming calls and visitors, determining what action is required
- Manages office inventory and supply replenishment
- Takes and transcribes messages in a highly confidential manner
- Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail
- Oversees cleanliness of all office areas, excluding private offices
- Coordinates ordering food for trainings and meetings as needed
- Maintains and orders food and stocked items and equipment in cafe
- Coordinates general building maintenance and upkeep with Executive Assistant
- Provides general administrative support to the Franchise Team
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
