Goldfish Swim School in Mount Laurel is looking for swim instructors for summer! The summer season starts June 2nd and runs through the beginning of August. Start dates can be sooner if looking for earlier employment. We are looking for Monday-Fridays from 9am-1pm, Monday- Thursday from 4pm-7:30pm and Weekends 9am-1pm. Weekends are not required.
STARTING EXPERIENCED SWIM INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS AT $16/hr .
Since our pool is open year round, there are also opportunities to continue employment through out the year. Extra shifts are also available to be picked up through-out the summer.
- Requirements:
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Instructors MUST be a minimum of 16 years old by date of hire.
- Instructors MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused
- Instructors must complete 40 hour training before June 16th - all training, including certification is done in house and is PAID!
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
- Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
- Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills.
Salary : $16 - $18
