- Pool maintenance to include: Scrubbing the pool deck once per week, removing grates and cleaning pool deck gutters, keeping pool tile and coping looking like new, and general pool deck cleanliness
- Wall maintenance to include: Touch up painting as needed, washing walls as needed
- Other facilities maintenance that includes: Dusting HVAC sock, cleaning shower-heads, ensuring all air intake grates are clean and serviceable
- Swim Island maintenance
