At Goldfish Swim School, we are passionate about building confident swimmers and careers for our team members. As an Assistant General Manager, you will ensure the success of our swim lessons by managing and motivating a team, coordinating class schedules, and setting up the school for success at every lesson.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail, and vending department, private party operations, and workplace employee activities.
- Manage quality and success of Goldfish Swim School operations.
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure the school runs according to standard operating procedures.
- Provide sales and marketing training to staff and stay on track with enrollment goals.
- Gain high-level competency in class bookings, scheduling, reporting, and administrative functions.
Requirements
- Possess lifeguard CPR & AED certification, passing a basic swim test (50 yards).
- OBTAIN Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification as a management team member.
- Available for weekday evenings (until 8:30pm) and weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday).
- Able to work scheduled days every week.
