Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member at Goldfish Swim School - Waugh Chapel. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in sales, customer service, and working with children.
About the Role
- Manage front desk tasks and provide exceptional customer service to families and children
- Use phone, email, text, Salesforce, and in-person communication to introduce families to our program and guide them through their first days at Goldfish
- Schedule members into classes and maintain accurate records
- Address parent concerns and provide support to help resolve any issues
- Build rapport with parents and family members through excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with new and returning families about our lessons, schedule, and curriculum
- Review schedule openings and schedule members into classes using our administrative system
- Walk new families through the first-day process and provide a tour of our facility
- Use expertise to address parent concerns and help resolve issues
- Build rapport with parents and family members through excellent customer service
- Use sales experience to reach new membership and retention goals
- Care for the school by performing administrative duties, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean facility
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Natural talent for making others' days brighter
- Loves working with children and building relationships
- Strong presence on the phone and in person
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Computer skills and experience with Google Suite (GMail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Physical Requirements
- Standing, reaching, bending, typing, and working from an upright (standing) desk
Work Schedule
- Every Monday from 8:30-1:30
- One weekday evening and one weekend day per workweek
