Job Description: We are seeking a Part Time Evening Sales Associate to join our front desk team. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for managing front desk tasks, speaking to children and families, and maintaining a school that is set up for success at every lesson.
Responsibilities: Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing front desk tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting customers
- Speaking to children and families, introducing them to our program, and guiding them through their first days at Goldfish
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility, including inventory management and administrative duties
- Using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to contact online inquiries and share information with potential customers
- Working closely with our customer service team to ensure that all customer needs are met
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with children and families
